London police said the knife attack on one of the squares of the capital, the incident is not related to terrorism.
As noted, the incident occurred near the metro station Russell Square in the centre of the British capital. Police detained a man suspected in the attack.
“Police officers, the ambulance arrived (on the scene — ed.) and found a man aged 20 to 30 years old with a stab wound. He was taken to the Central hospital of London for medical care”, — quotes the edition of a word of the representative of the Metropolitan police.
The police said that the incident “has nothing to do with terrorism.”
