Also the explosion was wounded a German citizen Willow Gmelin. According to available information she delivered in hospital of the city of Lugansk, and she received medical treatment. The life of Joseph could not be saved.
The tragedy occurred in the occupied part of the territory of Ukraine, therefore our law enforcement agencies will not be allowed to conduct an objective investigation.
As of now, it is known that one of the two cars of the OSCE mission hooked a wheel on a roadside, after which the explosion occurred. It is obvious that the staff of the OSCE mission were victims of a total terrorists mining roads in the occupied part of Ukraine”, – the Deputy wrote.
“Don’t be surprised if the staff of the OSCE mission to be allowed to investigate this tragedy, it may be that a British citizen was killed in result of the mines released in what some Russian military factory a couple of years ago,” added Gerashchenko.
In his opinion, “the war continues and will go as much as the Western partners of Ukraine, will try to ignore the fact that Putin’s Russia is threatening not only our country but also to world peace”.
