Under the Nikolaev detained a daring burglar

The culprit was Russian.

The thief was detained in order St. 208 criminal procedure code of Ukraine, he announced suspicion of committing a criminal offence under part 3 of article 185 UK of Ukraine (Theft). The suspect faces three to six years in prison. He is in custody.

In two cases of attempted thefts initiated criminal proceedings on the grounds of CC.2 and 3 of article 15 (attempted crime) and part 3 of article 185 UK of Ukraine (Theft).
