Ukrainian archaeologists have found Scythian Amazon
Was discovered the grave in which were the remains of a young girl. Fortunately, the tomb was not looted and it is possible to make sensational conclusions. According to the head of the expedition, candidate of historical Sciences Sergei Polina, the girl is a kind of Amazon and most likely died in battle.
Because the grave was not disturbed, on the hands and the neck of the girl was of jewelry: bracelet and necklace. Next to her grave was a bowl, a small amphora and a quiver of arrows. Nearby lay the remains of a horse.
