Ukrposhta plans to increase the income from the rental of real estate for rent

Ukrposhta plans for 2 years to increase the income from the rental of property to rent in 10 times.

So, in 2018, the company intends to obtain from the rental of real estate about UAH 100 million of income, 10 times more than in 2016.

This was stated by the head of the company Igor Smelyansky.

“Today, the income from renting out real estate owned Ukrposhta, is 10 million, is very small. We plan to increase to 2018 of 100 million UAH, and then even more,” he said.

Smelyanskiy explained that until July 5, when he signed an act of transfer of property in the capital of Ukrposhta, rent of objects of PJSC implemented by the state property Fund of Ukraine, 70% of the income from which was obtained the SPF.

As reported in the press service of Ukrposhta, there are about 1 thousand objects that PAO will take on new transparent rules. The first lots will be exhibited in August.

“Lease today and we will put it through the courts system Prozorro.Sale, that all would see that we are renting and at what rates,” said Smelyansky.
