Ukrnafta has decided to close three branches.
The Supervisory Board of the largest oil producing company Ukrnafta liquidated 3 subsidiaries in connection with economic inexpediency of their further functioning.
This is stated in the message of the company in the information disclosure system of the National Commission on securities and stock market (NKTSBFR).
We are talking about the elimination of Control of automated systems, Centre of regulatory and economic research Centre and geological case studies.
The main purpose of the Management of automated systems was the implementation of the technical policy for the development and improvement of networks for industrial communication and data transmission to ensure a high level of automation of production processes.
Center for regulatory economic studies was engaged in raising the level of measurement of work, efficiency of use of material and energy resources, industrial hygiene studies on conditions of work and economic work in the structural units of the company.
Center of geological and thematic studies contributed to maximizing the effectiveness of exploration, replenishment of the resource base of the company and was responsible for introduction of computer technologies at creation of geological-geophysical models of oil and gas fields.
50%+1 share of Ukrnafta belongs to the state represented by the National joint stock company Naftogaz of Ukraine, according to 13.6% of companies Littop Enterprises Limited and Bridgemont Ventures Limited and 12.9% – Bordo Management Limited.
Of 9.9% of company’s shares belong to other shareholders.
The company has 82 special permit for production of hydrocarbons, operate 1 949 185 oil and gas wells, and also has 58 drilling rigs.
In addition, Ukrnafta belongs 537 petrol stations.
