State “Ukrgasbank” has announced a partnership with JLL in Ukraine and the state enterprise “SETS” in the framework of the project for the sale of the balance property of the Bank. The result of this collaboration, the Bank was the first Ukrainian Bank will implement its balance property with the assistance of the international consulting company JLL in Ukraine at public auction SE “SETS”.

As said Dmitry Gavrilenko, the implementation will be exposed to about 180 real estate totaling about 1.8 billion UAH. The portfolio includes land, residential and commercial properties. More than 68% of the portfolio consists of non-residential premises. 80% for sale properties are located in Kiev, 13% in Kiev region and the rest in other regions of the country.
50% of the portfolio consists of the three largest commercial real estate objects located in Kyiv (two buildings potentially suitable for reconstruction under the business center In the class and one active BTS). According to Victor Woo, one day until the objects were displayed on the website “SETS”, one of them has already expressed interest in a potential buyer. The aim of the joint project, explain the participants, is to expand the range of investors, including attracting foreign investors and ensuring the transparency of the sales process.
According to the calculations of Victor Vishneva, trilateral cooperation will enable to sell the carrying objects “Ukrgasbank” at the maximum price, and among the winners of the auctions there will be a foreign company. “This is very important because we are talking about selling a very interesting and expensive lots. For example, a large land plots for construction in Kiev, interesting industrial objects, residential and commercial real estate,” he said.
Also Victor Vishnev said that now the Bank is the largest by volumes of the property exposed on the sets of the Bank, but such agreements are signed with many other Ukrainian banks.
