Ukravtodor has announced the construction of the first toll roads

Ukravtodor” began preparations to start construction of the first toll road Kiev – White Church.

The state Agency of highways of Ukraine (“Ukravtodor”) began preparations for the implementation of the project of construction of a concession road between the capital of Ukraine, and the White Church.

“We started preparing for the launch of new projects financed by international organizations, are preparing to launch the construction of the first concession road Kiev – White Church,” informed S. Novak.

Earlier, Novak mentioned the direction of Kiev – White Church as such, where possible the construction of the first autobahn in Ukraine on the terms of the concession. “In my opinion, can be interesting for private investors the construction of a new motorway between Bila Tserkva and Kiev. Later, the Minister of infrastructure Volodymyr Omelian announced that in 2019 Ukraine will start the construction of a pilot concession roads, the use of which will provide the fare. “I hope that the pilot will be a concession road Lviv-Krakovets and Kiev-Uman, this will be a component of the highway, which will connect the Baltic and Black seas, the so-called Go Highway from Gdansk to Odessa,” – said the Minister.
