Ukrainians will borrow under the new rules

From now on Ukrainians can take out a loan by e-signing that Bank employees will use while processing documents.

To build the client’s business, banks quite a certified electronic documents. Changes introduced in the context of project Paperless.

The national Bank of Ukraine has empowered the banks to generate loan documentation (business) of the debtor of electronic documents. They will be created and signed by the Bank and the debtor with the use of digital signature
– stated in the message.

The national Bank noted that these innovations are introduced in the context of legislative changes. We are talking about the law of Ukraine “On consumer credit”, which provides for the right to enter into electronic contract on consumer crediting.

According to the NBU, the banks should abandon paper documents in customer service. This should reduce the final cost of services and speed up service.
