People’s deputies suggest the Ukrainians to repay the debts due to the former investment
In the Ukrainian Parliament registered a bill to give citizens the opportunity to pay off debts for housing and communal services (HCS) savings, which were the depositors of “savings Bank of the USSR”.
According to the information resource, the Verkhovna Rada will consider the possibility of repayment of Ukrainians in HCS, but not by imposing some penalty or forced the withdrawal of housing court, but due to the depreciated deposits “Sberbank of the USSR”. Note that the bill prescribed that these funds, which previously had Ukrainian citizens can go to pay off the debt for communal services, the acquisition of non-gas boilers, materials for insulating homes or energy-efficient equipment.
In addition, the MPs propose to allow the Ukrainians, at the expense of the former capital, to purchase drugs at municipal and state pharmacies, or spend it on higher education for children/grandchildren. The document specifies that will be indexed, and then the funds will be debited from the accounts of the Ukrainians and go to one of the goals (or more). The bill was registered in the end of last month of this year and was sent for consideration to the Committee benpolitico and banking.
Publication “Hyser” says that in 2017, the Ukrainians have accumulated a lot of debt. For example, in the first 10 months of our citizens are owed for utility services almost 28,5 billion. In the first place turned out to be the debts for gas (12 billion), and “honorary” second place is the debts for hot water and Central heating – 7.4 billion UAH. This TOP completes the debt for electricity, the amount of 3.5 billion UAH.
By the way, this year was signed more than one contract of debt restructuring. According to Government statistics, in the first 10 months of 2017 signed agreement to repay debt to 347 million hryvnia, which is 75 thousand contracts.
