The penalty proposed in the amount of from 30 to 50 non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens.
The Verkhovna Rada adopted the bill No. 5442, which introduces fines for violation of entry or exit from the zone of the antiterrorist operation. Voted 235 deputies.
The penalty proposed in the amount of from 30 to 50 non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens, that is, from 510 to 850 UAH.
It is also proposed to introduce administrative liability for the failure of a foreigner or person without citizenship the decision on ban entry to Ukraine, providing for a fine of 100 to 300 untaxed minimum incomes, that is from 1.7 to 5.1 thousand UAH.
In addition, it is envisaged that cases on administrative violations under the jurisdiction of the courts located in the territory annexed the Crimea, are considered by local courts at the place of discovery of the violation.
