“In the second half of October is also likely private complications in the life of the population or in the individual sectors of the economy strengthening of the wind in combination with precipitation, local rain floods, some days are not excluded and a short winter phenomenon (e.g. the loss of the first snow, formation of ice or wet snow)”, – stated in the message.

According Ukrgidromettsentr, in the month of October 2017 probable sudden changes in temperature, precipitation of varying intensity rainfall combined with strong winds, night frosts, which can lead to complications in economic activities or local emergency situations.
