Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman at a press conference on December 22 announced that it is impossible to stay in a situation when Ukraine imported cars with foreign registration and there is no control system for such vehicles.
“I believe that the law should be the same for everyone and should not be someone chosen on some rooms. I believe that there should be a system of customs clearance in the country. If the stakes are sort of excessive – let’s talk about it. But to deliver the cars anywhere, and no one was, and which very often crimes are committed, and which it is impossible to find out – this is not normal,” – said the Prime Minister.
The head of government said that the Parliament is drafting a bill designed to solve the problem of cars on avtonomera.
“We are working in the Committee of the Parliament. You will need to consult with the factions to restore order. Nobody wants nothing mean to motorists, but it is clear that you need to find the right solutions that will do that before the law all are equal”, – said Groisman development of the bill.
We will remind as earlier stated by the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on taxation and customs policy Nina Southerner, a bill to resolve the problem with cars in the European register has been developed. According to her, one of the reasons for the reluctance of customs clearance cars in Ukraine is excessive import duty and VAT.
