Eligible to make installment payment of district heating is available to consumers who do not receive a subsidy. The terms of the installments for payment of services on heat supply was approved in October 2016 by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 744. The document is valid and in November 2017.
According to the resolution, the installment is provided to the Ukrainians who do not receive a grant to pay for Central heating.
How to make installments on the rent heating
To receive credit, consumers need to write a letter to the company that provides services in centralized heat supply.
Example statements approved by resolution of Cabinet of Ministers No. 744.
The resolution is that the contractor must promptly and freely accept the application for granting of installment for payment of a heat supply.
Rules for calculating the cost of heat in the presence of installment
In the case of the consumer, a statement to the company that supply heat, the heat price is billed monthly in the amount of 50% of fees for the service of Central heating (CH). “The amount unpaid during the heating season 50% of the fee for the TSO is charged to the consumer during non-heating season in equal monthly installments from may to September”, – stated in the decree.
In the calculation of installments for the payment of heat by the service provider shall provide the payment document in the column to indicate:
– 50% of assessed value for heating during the heating season;
– Sumy unpaid 50% of co, calculated and divided in equal parts for each month.
