Ukrainians paid 107 million UAH of a tax on real estate

Receipt of real estate tax in Ukraine since the beginning of the year increased by 72.6%.

As of 10 April this year, citizens have been paid to local budgets UAH 107 million. property tax, more than the same period last year to 45 million.

This was announced by the head of administration of the tax on immovable property of physical persons, other than land, the Department of taxes and fees from individuals of the SFS Vladimir Gutsulyak.

The largest amount of tax charges are taken into account:

– GU GFS in the Dnipropetrovsk region – UAH 56 million,

– Kiev region – 52 million UAH,

– Lviv region – UAH 28 million,

– Donetsk oblast – UAH 25 million,

– Kyiv – 32 million UAH.

“Let me remind you that individuals, the tax is paid within 60 days from the date of delivery of the tax notification-decision”, – said Vladimir Gutsulyak.

The tax is charged on the total floor area of residential and non-residential property, including their shares. The tax rates established by decisions of local councils.

In this low-interest dimensions of property, not the tax rate applies are:

for apartment/apartments regardless of their number – 60 square meters;

– for residential house/houses regardless of their number – 120 square meters;

– for various types of residential properties, including their shares (in the case of simultaneous stay in the property of the taxpayer of the apartment/apartments and residential house/houses, including their shares) and 180 square meters.
