Ukrainians began to spend less time in social networks

They began to watch more videos.

From July 2016 to July 2017 Ukraine has increased the consumption of video traffic and the use of social networks declined slightly. This is stated in the study of Ericsson.

As noted, the decisive factor for choosing a mobile operator in Ukraine is the quality of the mobile Internet. This is followed by voice quality, customer support and pricing policy of the operator.

Ukrainians also turned out to be much more sensitive to the prices of tariff plans, while, for example, the poles pay more attention to the personalization of suggestions and first impressions of the interaction with the operator.
