The expert warned of a possible new increase in electricity tariffs for the population.
Change the formula for calculating the electricity tariff for power plants will raise electricity tariffs for the population.
This was told energy expert Dmitry marunich.
In his opinion, changing the formula for power plants that operate on anthracite justified because they instead of coal from the zone ATO will be to bring in imported raw materials.
“Given the fact that CHP is working on anthracite I think this is the right decision, because otherwise they will work, maybe not a loss, but their economy will worsen considerably. It is due to the fact that Ukraine has stopped imports of more supplies of coal from the uncontrolled territories. Therefore there is a necessity to tie the prices (for coal-ed.) for world quotes, because the import will always come in at world prices…For stations working on coal grade G it is possible to argue (about the desirability of changing formulas-ed.)”, – said Marunych, adding that justified the presence in the formula and the cost of delivery of coal from the ports of Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Antwerp to the Ukrainian port.
On the question of how to change the electricity tariffs for final consumers (population – Ed.) in the case of the adoption of the draft resolution of the national Commission, Marunych noted that they will grow at the same time, zatrudnilisj to name a specific amount of price increase.
Recall that the national Commission of regulation of power industry and communal services has published on its website a draft decree in accordance with which it is proposed to extend the controversial formula for calculating electricity tariff Rotterdam plus heat.
