Ukrainians are massively buying real estate in Poland

The people of Ukraine found a new place for investment.

In 2016, foreigners bought in Poland more than 4,5 thousand Apartments. Most of all among buyers – Ukrainian.

Last year Poland has sold about 80 thousand Homes. 7% of property bought by foreigners.

“The demand among foreigners is growing, especially in persons from the Eastern border of Poland. In the first place – Ukrainians.
