Surgeons opened the chest.
Lviv surgeons performed a unique operation, during which for the first time replaced heart valve without opening the chest of the patient.
The doctors made a small incision between the ribs and installed a video camera. Operated, focusing on the monitors.
A few hours after surgery, the patient was able to stand up and felt no pain. Rehabilitation after surgery is only four days.
