Ukrainian officials acknowledged the failure of admission 2017

The Ministers allowed the students to carry paper documents to the universities.

The Ministry of education allowed the students to bring in a selection of fee statements personally. This decision is due to the problems with registration of electronic applications for admission.

By the end of the introductory campaign was a mere nine days. You can apply before 18:00 on 26 July, but many graduates still are unable to use the website through which higher education institutions make an electronic application for admission. Moreover, some students who thought that are already registered, complain that their applications are disappeared from the system. Administrators of the unified database of the questionnaires explained that annulled only statements with incomplete information.

Applicants are allowed to submit paper applications to universities.
