The state aviation service of Ukraine on Thursday, December 27, will consider the statements of the Ukrainian low-cost airline SkyUp on new routes to four countries – Montenegro, Czech Republic, Albania and Israel.
This was reported in the agenda of the meeting of the Ministry of transport.
In particular, the low-cost airline asks permission to open from the 31st March 2019 these new flights Podgorica (Montenegro) – Kiev, Kharkiv, Lviv and Kiev (capital of SkyUp plans to fly three times a week, with three other cities – twice); Prague (Czech Republic) – Lviv, Kharkov, Odessa (for three times a week from each city), Karlovy vary (Czech Republic) – Kiev (three times weekly).
SkyUp also plans to open March 31, with flights tel Aviv (Israel) – Kiev (twice a week) and Tirana (Albania) – Kharkov (twice a week).
In addition, the company requests to increase the number of its weekly flights to Spain, Georgia, Bulgaria and Cyprus. In particular, in the direction of Alicante (Spain) – Kiev (from two to three flights per week); Batumi (Georgia) – Kiev (from three to ten flights per week); Bourgas (Bulgaria) – Kiev (from three to five flights a week), Larnaca (Cyprus) – Kiev (from three to five flights per week).
As previously reported, in may-June in the SkyUp to start flights in the areas of Kiev: Batumi, Larnaca, Rimini, Naples, Sicily (Catania), Alicante, Tenerife.
