The mansion is in the river.
Strict forms of the house “Dnipro optics”, designed by Studio Arobas in the Dnepropetrovsk area, Ukraine, cause Association with the periscope of the submarine, pointing towards the nearby river.
All spatial resolution of house area of 300 square meters is adapted to focus the view of the river panorama. The elongated shape of the land also demanded the search for original solutions for your project. All this has led to the creation of an expressive architectural form, which challenges the constraints of the site and makes it possible seamless fusion of building with nature.
A three-story elongated building turned its narrow façade to the river, all three levels are on this side panoramic Windows through which a living room, master bedroom and office has a picturesque view of the Dnieper.
Living room continues the open terrace, from which to the coast stretches a long green lawn, geometric forms which continue the lines of the house and focus strictly delineated path leading the view to the river and the wide expanses.
