“Any requests from the military to the State border service was not. Service of subpoenas to citizens of Ukraine for passage of urgent military service will be carried out exclusively under the current legislation”, – said Proshin.
In turn Slobodyan also said that no delivery of subpoenas on the border will not, because it is not required by law.
