Ukrainian wrestler Alla Cherkasova in the category up to 68 kg won gold at the world championship in Budapest (Hungary).
The way to the main career victory Cherkasova began with early victories over Belarusian Maria Mamaduck (10:0). In the quarterfinals of the Ukrainian coped with the representative of Bulgaria Victoria Ivanova Boevoy (4:0), and in the semi-finals in a tense struggle defeated Feng Zhou (12:8).
