Ukrainian border guards detained October 3 in area of Bryansk, was charged with illegal border crossing.
“Detainees on 3 October for trespassing on military personnel of the State border service of Ukraine in the framework of earlier instituted proceedings under article “Illegal crossing of the state border of the Russian Federation” is charged,” reads the press release of the FSB of Russia.
Recall that on 3 October, two employees of the state border service of Ukraine disappeared in Sumy region, near the border with Russia. It later emerged that they had been in Russia and was arrested.
