In the hryvnia equivalent of the obligations of the state increased, but not as much as in currency.
As of July 31, 2017 public and state guaranteed debt of Ukraine amounted to $76,06 billion.
This was reported on the website of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.
The growth of public debt in July of the current year totaled $1.05 billion, or 1.4%.
While in the hryvnia equivalent, the total public and publicly guaranteed debt amounted to 1.97 trillion UAH. In July, the index increased by 13.33 billion, or 0.7%.
According to the Ministry of Finance, for 7 months of this year, the state and state guaranteed debt increased by us $5,09 billion, or 7.2% in dollar equivalent and by 41.34 billion, or 2.1%, in UAH equivalent.
