The Ukrainian offer was more profitable than in Russia.
Moldovan company Energocom and Ukrainian DTEK trading signed a contract for the supply of electricity from Ukraine to Moldova.
About it reports a press-service of the Ministry of economy of Moldova.
The contract was signed for the period 1 April 2017 to 31 March 2018. It is emphasized that the proposal of the Ukrainian side were more attractive (50.2 USD per 1 MWh).
While participating in this tender is located in Transnistria and owned by the Russian inter RAO Moldavian GRES first offered electricity for $58,5 per 1 MWh, and later lowered the price to $54,4 per 1 MWh.
The economy Ministry said that thanks to the contract, Ukraine will be able to save more than 300 lei (more than 400 million hryvnia – ed.).
