National energy company Ukrenergo will not stop the supply of the DNI, until the construction of new power lines to the plant. This was announced by acting head Ukrenergo Vsevolod Kovalchuk in Facebook.
“The decision on the termination of the flow (of electricity in uncontrolled Kiev part of the Donetsk region – ed.) are not accepted, as the question remains on the plant”, – he said.
According to him, must first be completed construction of a new power line to the plant which will provide electricity to the city.
“Then the question arises regarding the extension or renewal of energy supply in certain areas of the Donetsk region”, – said Kovalchuk.
He also commented on the failure of the power supply of the LC, stating that for all time of ATU in Ukraine has not received payment for supplied electricity and that was one of the reasons for disconnection.
Recall that the total debt of the DNI and LC for electricity is about 11 billion UAH: LC – 5.2 billion UAH, and the DNI − 5,8 billion hryvnas.
