Conducting regulatory and monetary evaluation of land will be provided at the expense of the state budget.
In 2018 will be held national normative monetary evaluation of agricultural land.
This is stated in the published law On the state budget of Ukraine for the year 2018 in the newspaper Voice of Ukraine.
As noted, the conduct normative monetary evaluation of land will be provided at the expense of the state budget. Technical documentation for the normative monetary evaluation says Gosgeokadastr.
Prior to February 1, 2018 Gosgeokadastr must provide fiscal service information about normative money evaluation of land plots, which is held on a specified date. GFS will publish this information on its website.
Normative monetary evaluation of agricultural land in 2018 will not change because the indexation coefficient is set at unity.
