Ukraine will continue to struggle with the promotion of information

The purpose of the action of BP is to minimize the influence of propaganda.

On the territory of Donetsk and Lugansk regions, where the authorities exercise their powers, proposes to establish separate rates for pick-up and delivery of domestic periodic printing editions on the subscription are delivered in the territory of these regions.

The relevant draft law No. 8114, the Verkhovna Rada adopted as a basis at the evening plenary meeting, on 3 July.

This measure is intended to create more favourable conditions for access of Ukrainian citizens living in these areas, to the subscription of periodicals in accordance with the separate rates set for these areas, with the aim of countering the enemy propaganda.

The bill will create a legal basis for establishing such tariffs, which will reduce them to minimum rates. The purpose of these actions is to minimize the impact of informational propaganda of the aggressor.
