“To protect the life and health of people, I ask you, Mr. President, to initiate changes in the conditions for obtaining the right to drive a vehicle – namely, to change the age requirement from 18 years to 25 years. According to most people, after 25 years the person becomes more balanced and responsible for their decisions,” writes Alexander Kushnarenko in the petition.
The collection of signatures under the petition began on October 26. Now it was supported by only 33 people.
To the President of Ukraine has considered the petition, it is necessary 25 thousand votes. They need to collect for 3 months after the publication of the text of the appeal.
