Montenegro officially joined NATO on 5 June 2017, thus becoming its 29th member.
The head of the Verkhovna Rada Andrei Parubiy stated that Ukraine should become the following after Montenegro a NATO member.
Such opinion was voiced journalists on Monday, 3 July.
“I believe that Ukraine should be one of the following States after Montenegro, which should be a member of the North Atlantic Alliance”, – said the speaker of Parliament.
Note that Montenegro officially joined NATO on 5 June 2017, thus becoming its 29th member.
We will remind, earlier it was reported that the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko approved the program of Ukraine’s cooperation with NATO in 2017.
