Immigrants from Ukraine have made a significant contribution to the victory over Nazism.

According to the Ukrainian Institute of national memory, the new content of the celebration of the victory over Nazism involves rethinking the events of the Second world war, the destruction of the Soviet historical myths and honest dialogue around difficult pages of the past.

Today is honored the memory of everyone who fought against Nazism, stresses the solidarity and the combat brotherhood of the United Nations, both States and stateless peoples then.
