To leave the Ukrainian market intend “Credit Optima Bank”.
Shareholders “Credit Optima Bank” intend to terminate the banking activities of financial institutions. About it reports a press-service of the Bank.
The question shareholders will consider at the meeting on 13 November.
“To stop the implementation PJSC “Credit Optima Bank” banking activity without of the legal entity termination in the manner prescribed by the law “On the facilitation of the reorganization and capitalization of banks”,” – said in the document.
Credit Optima Bank was in 2006. As at 1 June 2017 the financial results of the Bank amounted to 5.8 million UAH, regulatory capital – UAH 203 million and authorized capital of 120 million UAH.
As reported, the Credit Optima Bank is one of the six banks (“Center”, UBRD, Policombank, Alpari Bank, Ayboks Bank) who had on 11 October, the registered capital of 200 million UAH.
13 Oct Ayboks the Bank increased the Charter capital to the required level.
Recall, the NBU has proposed small banks that fail to increase their capitalization, to self-destruct under the simplified procedure.
