Ukraine in 2017, gas production increased by 4.2%.
Ukraine increased natural gas production in 2017 by 4.2% (+ 838,2 million cubic meters) compared to 2016 and to 20.8 billion.
This is evidenced by the data of the company Ukrtransgaz.
Note that the last time the level of gas production in Ukraine amounted to almost 21 billion cubic meters in 2013.
Gas production Ukrgazvydobuvannya amounted to 15.2 billion cubic metres (+4.4% to 2016-mu), Ukrnafta – 1.1 billion cubic meters (-15,1%), other companies – 4.5 bn cu m (+9.6 per cent).
Recall that natural gas production in Ukraine in 2016 increased by 0.5% (+ 91,1 million cubic meters) in comparison with the year 2015 – to almost 20 billion cubic meters.
In 2015, gas production in Ukraine amounted to 19.9 billion cubic meters, in 2014 – 20.2 billion cubic meters.
Recall that in December 2017, the Verkhovna Rada lowered the rates of rent for extraction of natural gas from new deposits in Ukraine.
