The justice Ministry is dissatisfied that Belarus will selectively admit residents LDNR passports “republics”.
Permission to enter Belarus on the documents issued by the DNI and the LC, is flirting with Russia.
This was stated by first Deputy Minister of justice Natalia Sevostyanova.
“We understand that there is more policy than law. In Belarus the complex political situation is not the first year, have recently seen cozying up with Russia, and here is the results,” she said.
She noted that Minsk does not recognize the documents “republics,” but at the same time allows to individually adjust the possibility of crossing the border.
“On the one hand there is a statement where we say that it is indeed the self-proclaimed Republic and we do not recognize the documents, but, in principle, to play along with Russia, reserve the opportunity to individually regulate the possibility of crossing the border,” – said the Deputy Minister.
The Ministry of justice stressed that it is “impossible and uncivilized from a legal point of view.”
“Because we understand that no country in the world will not allow to cross its border in the mode, when the guard decides what your life situation,” said Sevostyanova.
Earlier it was reported that Belarus will selectively admit residents LDNR passports “republics”. However, Minsk confirmed that the documents are invalid on the territory of the country.
