In General, pork has risen by 2 UAH/kg.
If in the middle of the month the rise in price of pork in distribution networks is mainly confined to additional 1-1,5 UAH/kg, at the beginning of the third decade of April, prices gained an average of 2 UAH/kg.
As reported in the Association of pig producers of Ukraine, the hardest – more than UAH 3/kg – up price of pork steak and bacon, which cost 98.5 per UAH/kg and 79.5 UAH/kg, respectively.
Sirloin, ground pork and brisket has risen a little more than 2 UAH.
The price of pork neck rose 0.5 UAH/kg and very close to the average level of 100 UAH/kg.
In addition, the thigh, the shoulder and hip part of the rose 1.4 UAH/kg.
