Ukraine has increased import of cars

The greatest number of cars arrived to Ukraine from the European Union.

Ukraine in January 2017, imported 9 219 vehicles in the amount of 130.8 á million. Such data were published by industry Association Ukravtoprom.

According to the Association, mainly in Ukraine was imported cars – 6 701 units. The expenses assessed by the customs at 91.6 million. Compared with January 2016 year car import grew by 85%, and its cost increased by 73%.

The greatest number of cars arrived to Ukraine from the European Union – 4 743 units, and the largest supplier was Germany (1 890 cars worth 25.1 million dollars).

On the second place on volumes of import – France (566 vehicles), the third – Slovakia (469), the fourth – Romania (443). The top five leaders of Japan (434), which was ranked first in deliveries in January 2016.
