The Ukrainian side insists that Russia’s recognition of the documents “LDNR” violated the Minsk-2.
The Ukrainian side in the Tripartite contact group (TAG) in Minsk demanded the annulment of the decree of the President of Russia Vladimir Putin on the recognition of passports issued by the “republics” of Donbass. According to her, Ukraine has demanded cancellation of decisions on these issues, “because such methods from the RF and ORDO lead to the blocking of the consultation process in the framework of the Minsk process”.
