Russian-Belarusian military exercises “West-2017” scheduled for September, should be an occasion to bring Ukrainian troops in full combat readiness.
This was stated by people’s Deputy Anton Gerashchenko.
He also urged to organize response exercises on the Northern border of Ukraine.
“What Ukraine needs to do as a state subjected to aggression from the Russian side, in response to these teachings? Our troops must be given in full combat readiness and for this we must turn to organize our teachings, which would indicate that we, too, are preparing to repel the attack possible, probable, or rather already known to us the enemy,” — said Gerashchenko.
