Ukraine asks NATO to provide defensive lethal weapons

“Only system and a joint pressure to raise the attention of Russia to international law”.

Ukraine asks the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) to provide defensive lethal weapons.

This was stated by Vice Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic integration Ivanna klympush-Tsintsadze.

“We ask the defense a lethal weapon to protect themselves, their land, to make it more efficient to have fewer military losses to reduce civilian casualties,” said klympush-Tsintsadze.

She stressed the need for such weapons to counter Russian aggression.

Deputy Prime Minister added that only system and a joint pressure to raise the attention of Russia on international law.
