Trade between the United States and Ukraine for seven months of 2017 increased 2.5 times.
This was stated by President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko during a meeting with U.S. President Donald trump in new York.
“Trade between the United States and Ukraine over the last seven months increased 2.5 times because they have realized our agreement. It is a symbol that we welcome American companies in the Ukrainian market and create hundreds of thousands of jobs at the same time in Ukraine, and the United States, and this is testimony to effective cooperation between our Nations,” he said.
Previously Poroshenko has said that U.S. companies are a reliable partner and desirable investors for Ukraine.
In addition, the US President Donald trump said that us companies see huge potential in the Ukrainian market.
