Ukraine abolished the import duty on porcelain

Ukraine has abolished the duty of 28.8% on the import of crockery, Cutlery and porcelain.

Ukraine completed a review and decided not to extend the duty of 28.8% on the import of crockery, Cutlery and kitchen articles, vitreous China, regardless of country of origin.

This is stated in the message published in the official newspaper of the Cabinet of Ministers “governmental courier”.

The report notes that in 2016, the volume of imports decreased by 3.3% and in 2015 – to 62,03%.

In relation to the production of imports in 2016 by 28.09%, in 2015 – 91,69%.

The proportion of total imports relative to consumption have decreased in the level of 8.72% in 2016 and at the level of 23,75% in 2015.
