Airline Ukraine International airlines (UIA) intends to build aviamar at the international airport Boryspil.
The Chairman of the Supervisory Board MAU Aron Mayberg said in an online interview portal liga.net.
“We have a very big desire, and we are seriously working on it to build the hangar. We are sorely lacking space for maintenance. Especially now, when we start operation of long-haul Boeing 777 aircraft. And, of course, is one of the factors that will allow us to more quickly technically to service their planes and to increase the regularity which is not high enough today”, he said.
According to Mayberg, MAU together with the airport endeavours to ensure the hubs model in Borispol and update the route network to/from the airport.
At the same time, he noted that at the moment the company has no plans to lease any terminal at the airport.
