The police said that there were other suspects in this case.
In the American city of Chicago, the police arrested 14-year-old boy on charges of raping a minor girl and broadcast the activity on the social network Facebook through Live.
The incident occurred March 19. The family of 15-year-old girl reported her missing after she went to the store and never returned. To find the victim was only a few days, when the suspect began broadcasting from abused the girl in Facebook Live. The social network has removed the video and commented on the incident.
“This is a terrible crime, and we do not allow such kind of content in Facebook”, — said the representative of the company.
Other details of the incident and the investigation are not disclosed. The police, however, said that there were other suspects in this case.
This is not the first broadcast rape in Facebook Live. Previously in Sweden, the attackers also broadcast the rape of a girl. Rapists arrested after one of the spectators of the broadcast reported it to law enforcement.
