A resident of the Italian city of Genoa has filed a lawsuit against her neighbor for stealing her cat.
It is noted that after two years of life in one mistress pet began to sleep over at her roommate.
As it turned out, a 4-year-old cat was leading a double life under a different name: neighbor knew him by nickname Bow and Tequila.
The conflict occurred when the “night” the owner of the cat decided to move, taking him with me. After a quarrel former owner filed the theft, which was accepted: the decision of the Prosecutor, the police took the cat in a new mistress and returned it to the old house.
But the second woman was not going to give up just like that. She appealed to the higher court and got back her lascivious cat.
Interestingly, the neighbor still can’t agree on who will own the cat. So they are curious trial could go to trial in civil cases.
