Twitter refused to plead with the us authorities

The company refused the claim, directed because of the requirements to disclose personal information of a user or group of users.

The account name stands for “Alternative Service of immigration and citizenship USA” (Alternative U. S. Citizenship and Immigration Services). Account owners are accommodated in social network messages criticizing the policies of President Donald trump, and provide assistance to refugees from countries which are subject to the immigration decree of the President.

The decision to withdraw the claim in the company explained that Customs and border protection service, part of the structure of the DHS refused to make a Twitter Inc. requirements to provide username, phone number, email address and IP address of the account owners.

Earlier on Twitter @ALT_uscis was posted entry with the text of the first amendment to the U.S. Constitution, which specifically provides for freedom of speech.
