According to preliminary information, the new feature will allow customers to communicate with companies and see correspondence, tracking work bots.
According to information from representatives of the network in the future will be created separate profiles for companies that will allow correspondence with legal entities. In addition, the page will display not only the information about the company, but also a picture of his employee, who carries on a conversation with the client.
“Many people communicate with the companies via our social network. Because of the disadvantages we decided to make some changes to the interface that will allow users to conduct more productive conversations. Today’s feature gives individual companies the opportunity to humanize the interaction. Now all users will see the photo of the expert with whom to communicate” — said the press center Twitter.
Twitter also intends to soon integrate the Facebook Messenger. In addition, corporate users will be available services such as Assist, Conversable, Dexter, Lithium, Sprinklr, Spredfast and Sprout Social.
