As stated on the website of the company, the new hotel will have 12 floors with panoramic last floor, which will open a view of the center of Vinnitsa.
Overall, the project is designed 63 rooms and a conference hall for 300 people, a café and a restaurant.
Investor of the construction is company from Turkey Demir Insaat.
The hotel will be the second project that implements the Turks in the winery. Next, in the same territory of the former factory the company is building a residential complex of three houses and a kindergarten.
