The Deputy head of the Turkish foreign Minister stressed that a United and independent Ukraine needs around the region
Turkey advocates international law and will continue to defend the rights of all residents of Crimea, in particular Crimean Tatars amid illegal occupation of Russia Ukraine. This was stated by Deputy Minister of foreign Affairs of Turkey Ahmet Yildiz, speaking at a conference on reforms in Ukraine in London.
“As for Crimea, we will stay on the side of international law and to advocate for the rights of all Crimeans, and in particular the Crimean Tatars,” – he said. In addition, Yildiz said that Turkey is firmly convinced that “a well reformed, United and independent Ukraine preserving its territorial integrity, including Crimea, we need the entire region.” He also noted the achievements of Ukraine in 2014 and said that Turkey will continue to support Ukraine, “including the strategic plan, presented by Prime Minister Groysman”.
“This support will include, among other things, certain credit line humanitarian aid, but in the first all – Turkish investments in the private sector “, – said the representative of Turkey.
